Over the years, we have founded and operated several physical spaces in Germany, including cafés and retail stores of different kinds.
This experience has taught us that running a café involves far more than coffee alone.
We understand local customer habits and the pace of different communities.
From site selection and approval processes to build-out and daily operations, we’ve worked through the full journey — so you don’t have to figure it out from scratch.
Rather than chasing rapid success, we focus on cost awareness and reducing unnecessary risk, making the idea of opening a café more realistic, structured, and achievable.

Café Plan does not aim for large-scale replication.
What we know best are cafés that start small — and stable.
Many of our projects begin as spaces that can be run by one or two people.
With manageable rhythms and clear costs, daily operations can settle in naturally, allowing time to understand customers and the surrounding community.
As the business grows, staffing and investment can follow step by step.
This approach may not be aggressive, but it is sustainable.
It allows a café to stand firmly in reality, rather than carrying too much pressure from the start.
