About Us

Behind Café Plan is a team with ten years of entrepreneurial experience in Germany.

Over the years, we have founded and operated five physical businesses, including cafés and retail spaces of different formats, gaining hands-on insight into what it takes to build, open, and sustain cafés in diverse contexts.

Alongside this, we have developed our own specialty coffee brand and work with coffees sourced from producing regions around the world. Our approach to coffee is grounded in quality, transparency, and suitability — choosing coffees that support both the café concept and the people behind it.

This experience allows us to offer practical and informed support across the full journey of a café: from coffee selection and brand development to space creation and daily operations. We share what we have learned not as fixed rules, but as guidance — adapted to each café plan and the community it serves.
